Our Chef

We are lucky enough to welcome Head Chef Wesley Pratt to the Royal Talbot. He is an experienced and qualified chef and has worked worldwide including local restaurants such as the Carlyon Bay Hotel and also at Revival, Charlestown (which is now known as Wreckers) where he helped them earn their first Rosette.

Wes is keen to establish a good reputation for home cooked and locally sourced food. He believes in buying fresh and ensuring that the meals served are some of the best in Lostwithiel.
